These terms apply when you use this website, create an account or enrol in a course offered by Lyfey Technologies, based in Nairobi, Kenya. By creating an account or paying for a course, you agree to them.

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Course access cannot be shared or resold.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change, including limited-time offers. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Your enrolment is confirmed once your payment is verified, and we then email your receipt and joining details.

Live course dates and times are shown in East Africa Time. We may occasionally reschedule a class and will tell you in advance.

Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Do not record, copy, share or publish class sessions, videos or materials without written permission.
• Do not share class links or group invites with people who have not enrolled.
• Be respectful to trainers and other students.
• Do not try to disrupt, probe or break the security of the website.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

All course content, videos, lab guides and materials belong to Lyfey Technologies or its trainers. Your enrolment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.

Certificates of completion are issued by Lyfey Technologies for its own courses. They are not vendor certifications from Huawei, Nokia or other manufacturers, whose exams are booked separately.

We work hard to keep our training accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee exam results, employment or uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer protection law.
