No. You can pay with a debit or credit card through PayPal's secure checkout without creating a PayPal account.

Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in Kenyan shillings or another currency, your bank or PayPal converts it at checkout.

Yes. A receipt is shown straight after payment and also emailed to you, together with your class joining details.

Live classes run on Microsoft Teams at fixed times in East Africa Time. After you pay, you receive the Teams class link, the class WhatsApp group and joining instructions by email. Only paid students receive the link.

Let your trainer know in the class WhatsApp group. Trainers share notes and lab files so you can catch up.

Recorded courses are video lessons organised into levels. Each level unlocks once you complete every lesson in the level before it, and your progress is saved so you can continue where you left off.

A laptop with a stable internet connection. For labs we use simulators such as Huawei eNSP, and setup instructions are shared before the course starts.

Yes. You receive a Lyfey Technologies certificate of completion. Vendor certification exams (for example Huawei HCIP) are booked separately with the vendor.

Live courses are fully refundable up to 7 days before the first class. Recorded courses are refundable within 7 days if you have completed less than 25%. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
