We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when you can cancel a paid course and how refunds are made.
1. Live courses
Live courses have limited seats, so refunds depend on when you cancel:
- 7 or more days before the first class: full refund.
- Less than 7 days before the first class: 50% refund, or a free transfer to the next intake.
- After the second class has taken place: no refund, but you may transfer once to a later intake if seats are available.
2. Recorded courses
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have completed less than 25% of the course. After that, recorded courses are non-refundable.
3. If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a live course, you receive a full refund. If we change the dates, you can keep your place on the new dates or ask for a full refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email lyfey.technologies.ke@gmail.com from the address you enrolled with, including your receipt number. We reply within 2 working days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal. PayPal usually processes them within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
